Meet Christine Buscarino ’14, ’15 Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, Dale Carnegie

At age 35, Christine Buscarino ’14, ’15, a mother of two and a successful professional, sought more personal and academic growth. She returned to college and earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees with high honors at Lynn University in under three years. Despite being a full-time mother, she managed both online and in-person classes. Her career began at Office Depot, where she found challenging roles invaluable, noting, “They taught me to be comfortable being uncomfortable.” Now COO and CMO at Dale Carnegie, she advises students to embrace internships and mentorships to discover their paths.

A decade later, after a series of successful roles, including assistant principal at Spanish River Community High School in Boca Raton, she still had “a passion to know more and be more.” When she completed Lynn’s Ed.D. program in 2017, she told her peers at the graduation ceremony, “I have no idea what the next step is, but I do know it’s not just one thing, and my doctorate is the key. The opportunities might be in business, education or a hybrid of the two.” Today, Amanda is a leadership executive at Apple helping universities use technology to enhance learning experiences.
